This article was originally published on the Vietnam Veterans Sunshine Coast website, but apparently politics are an anathema to them. I was ordered to delete it from their website. Can’t figure that one out. We were sent to war by politicians. We have been screwed by politicians, but the boys don’t want to get involved in politics. Go figure!
However, I am a veteran and I swore my Oath of Allegiance when I joined the RAAF in 1965. I take that Oath very seriously. I swore to defend the Crown, our Country and the laws of our country. That Oath still stands and will until the day I die.
Even if the Vietnam Veterans Association Sunshine Coast branch will not honour their Oath, I will on their behalf. I will fight against the crimes, lies and TREASON until we see those who have harmed our nation beyond comprehension in jail…. or suffering the ultimate penalty mandated under the lawful Crimes Act 1914.
The political parties amended the Crimes Act after Whitlam killed the Queen, and after Hawke tried to bring in his defacto Republic with his fake Australia Act. It doesn’t matter. The fact is, they, and all politicians since then, have had no authority to do anything to amend our Constitution or laws. They are still liable under the original Crimes Act 1914, and we will ensure that they are held accountable.

In 1973 the then Prime Minister, Gough Whitlam, a Communist, took HM Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland out of our Constitution. He did this by amending the Royal Styles and Titles Act. You can look it up on the government website.
That was an act of HIGH TREASON that all veterans compounded by not immediately defending our Constitution and nation as we swore an Oath to do.
Every Parliament, every law, every court judgement, every fine, every sell-off of our Public Property, every conviction, every act perpetrated by every politician and government enforcer since then has been unlawful, null and void since then.
Now we have Morrison acting the big Dictator, calling the troops out onto the streets to back up the police issuing draconian fines. Scomo has NO AUTHORITY to do anything he is doing.
He has no authority to act as Supreme Commander of the ADF.
He has no authority to shut down the country and destroy our economy!
He has no authority….PERIOD!
Our Constitution starts with these sacred words in the Preamble:
“WHEREAS the people of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania, humbly relying on the blessing of Almighty God, have agreed to unite in one indissoluble Federal Commonwealth under the Crown of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, and under the Constitution hereby established (Click here to Download and read the Constitution)
Only we, the People of the Commonwealth of Australia have the power and authority to decide how we will govern ourselves. Yet, we have allowed the political parties to usurp our power to set up a corporate dictatorship, while pretending that they have the authority to do so. The truth is: THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY!
So, what can we veterans do?
The answer is simple: We veterans need to lead the way by arresting the traitors and criminals infesting our government.
Our Constitution Preamble establishes only We the People of the Commonwealth the power to protect our laws and our nation.
Now, more than ever before our country needs YOU!

You mentioned our soldiers of Vietnam but is it possible for the article to also include our Anzac soldiers with the red ensign flag ratio 2 to 3.
I think it’s understood that I include all our soldiers, but if you read the context of the article you will see I am talking about the Whitlam era. That is when we, the Vietnam veterans, should have stood up against the very communism we were sent overseas to fight against.
If you are mentioning the commonwealth of Australia where the live man was in abundance before legislative process stole and manipulated the population I thought the Anzac and the flag was worthy of mention

I am a Vietnam veteran. I think that gives me the right to point out how we have failed our country, and betrayed the Oath we took.
We the people of Australia were betrayed by the serving members of the ADF in 2000 and the government is trying to let them off their chain today with the new Defence Amendment Bill 2020 before parliament.
The Defence Legislation Amendment (Aid to Civilian Authorities) Act 2000 was passed in 2000 by little Johnny (Hitler) Howard after he disarmed the Australian people. It amended the 1903 Defence Act and gave the Federal Government the power to call out the armed forces on Australian streets against perceived civil threats. In 2000 the perceived threat was false flag terrorism. The spec op command that had been so careful not to be politically used against civilians on Australian soil for many years jumped at the chance for their 5minutes on the tv. With the 2020 amendment before parliament it will allow the ADF, foreign troops and foreign law enforcement to be deployed on Australian streets against perceived civil threats with no accountability. The Scomo/Dut government perceived threat today is any person who ‘questions‘, ‘refuses a command’ or ‘protests against‘ their branch of the NWO totalitarian governments authority. Eyes open people, who was in Spec ops command in 2000, who was the chief of ADF and Army in 2000, who was the Governor General in 2000 stay awake people…. research and read it’s easy while they allow us access to the net. Here is another amendment slipped through in 2018 to use military forces (Order followers) against Australian civilians. Passage of the defence amendment (call out of the Australian Defence Force) bill 2018. The Government passed the legislation to further enhance the ability of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) to support state and territory police in responding to incidents of significant violence, including terrorism and protest – civil unrest. The politicians and ex-military leaders commenting at the moment on the amendments are all misleading you the people of Australia. Lies, lies and more lies. Covert Spec ops assassins on Australian soil will become a thing of the past as troops on the streets will become our new normal.
