An appeal to our military on behalf of the people of the Commonwealth of Australia

AN APPEAL TO OUR BROTHER & SISTER VETERANS, SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND AIRMEN

I just sent this to the defence force, let’s see if I get a reply.

I am a lawful Sworn in Commonwealth Public Official (CPO) as is the right of any Australian under the Constitution of the Australian Commonwealth. It was put in place by Queen Victoria, as she knew that Politicians, and Judges etc can get corrupted.

I am writing to you as we have hundreds of documents that prove without question that all politicians with the exception of Rod Culleton and Jaqui Lambie have not sworn the lawful oath of Allegiance to the Crown as shown in the constitution 1901 as proclaimed and gazetted. We can now prove the Treaty of Versailles, the Lima Declaration and the entry into the UN are all acts of treason and Treachery, as is the Australia Act 1986.

Whitlam stepped out of his role as our Prime Minister and set up a corporate Australian government which did not include the Australian People. He had no authority to do so.

We have even discovered that the RAAF is now a registered US Corporation, as are the so-called Governments of this great nation.

Even The Governor General has not been appointed correctly.

Every law that has ever been made since 1973 is totally unlawful, as how can an American Corporation posing as government make laws here in Australia?

The Kangaroo and Emu seal they use is also registered in the US.

All this is treason. Read S.44 of our constitution that states:

Section 44: Any person who-

1. Is under any acknowledgment of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights or privileges of a subject or a citizen of a foreign power : or
2. Is attainted of treason, or has been convicted and is under sentence; or subject to be sentenced, for any offence punishable under the law of the Commonwealth or of a State by imprisonment for one year or longer : or
3. Is an undischarged bankrupt or insolvent: or
4. (iv.) Holds any office of profit under the Crown, or any pension payable during the pleasure of the Crown out of any of the revenues of the Commonwealth : or
5. Has any direct or indirect pecuniary interest in any agreement with the Public Service of the Commonwealth otherwise than as a member and in common with the other members of an incorporated company consisting of more than twenty-five persons :

shall be incapable of being chosen or of sitting as a senator or a member of the House of Representatives.

But sub-section iv. does not apply to the office of any of the Queen’s Ministers of State for the Commonwealth, or of any of the Queen’s Ministers for a State, or to the receipt of pay, half pay, or a pension, by any person as an officer or member of the Queen’s navy or army, or to the receipt of pay as an officer or member of the naval or military forces of the Commonwealth by any person whose services are not wholly employed by the Commonwealth

In addition, the political parties published a new green-covered Constitution, because they thought we were going to say “Yes” to a republic. This green-covered Constitution is the one they use today, which has totally altered the real constitution to suit the politicians. They have taken out the Preamble, thus denying the People of the Commonwealth of Australia any existence under their Constitution.

Those Diggers who died fighting for our freedoms in this country would turn over in their graves if they knew all their efforts were in vain, as we are being sold out to the UN, the Chinese and the US.

Our constitution at s.44 forbids any involvement of a foreign power in our internal politics.

If you look at the oath defense force personal swear to when signing up to the Defense forces you will see that you all swore allegiance to the Queen of Australia. This queen does not exist in Australian Constitutional law. She is a Paper fiction, a non-living Queen

Our true Monarch is her Excellent Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, defender of the Faith. Our Constitution says so.

There has never been a referendum to ask the people of the Commonwealth of Australia if we wanted to sign the treaty of Versailles, the Lima declaration which was the start of Agenda 21 in Australia behind the backs of all the Australian People.

There has never been a referendum asking the people if it was OK to be a member of a foreign power, which is the UN and the US. Nor was there ever a referendum to ask We, the People of the Commonwealth of Australia if we wished to adopt the Australia Act 1986, which was designed to separate us from our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901. For such a momentous change to the status of our Constitution to occur, there must be a referendum of the people. Therefore, as there was no referendum, every act, law, and legislation since 1986 is unlawful, null, invalid, void. This means that when we re-instate our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 we are going to have to review every court case that put someone into jail and if necessary hold a re-trial.

That the political parties have done all this and much more is treachery and TREASON.

As you will also know there are several Muslim Politicians in our parliaments who all swore their Oath on the Kora’n. That is TREASON. The oath and the affirmation that must be used are both contained on page 24 of our lawful Constitution. Anyone swearing an Oath on the Kora’n is bound by their faith to uphold Sharia Law before man-made laws. This is TREASON.

The People of Australia have been, and are being sold out to foreign powers, and that includes the defense Forces.

I have a friend who was in the Army who showed me the oath he swore when he joined the Army. It was to this fictitious Queen of Australia, which is a Whitlam paper fiction non-living piece of Garbage that has no place under our Constitution.

Every time we write to the GG about these anomalies he ignores us and gets his Minders to send a return letter saying he cannot comment on Political matters.

He is supposed to be the Queen’s representative in Australia. He is not. He is paid in the political parties fake US-backed plastic money instead of Commonwealth of Australia Pounds Sterling, as mandated by S.3 in the Constitution.

The minute he came to power as GG he should have sacked all Parliaments throughout Australia, as well as the judiciary Australia-wide as they know exactly what is going on and will do nothing to expose this treachery and sedition.

I am writing this to you as all the defense forces of Australia have been set up unwittingly into this treacherous regime. 

Submissions have been made to the Privy Council which has resulted in Rod Culleton being reinstated as a Senator, but the Morrison defacto Government is stopping it unlawfully from happening because Morrison and his criminal political party, as well as the opposition parties, are all complicit in this sedition and treachery and they don’t want to be exposed for what they are.

If you want absolute proof of what I have written, I have contacts who have been researching this most of their adult lives and have been actively trying to put a stop to this treachery.

It appears the only way to relieve Australia from the treachery is to put it into the Hands of the Armed services. Even the Federal and State Police are involved in this treachery. For starters, the Federal Police are the ones who are supposed to uphold our Constitutional laws. They uphold nothing lawful. They are just minders for the politicians who are causing this problem, and so are the State Police.

if you look at clause 5 of our Constitution it clearly says that every single person living in Australia and its territories are subject to this constitution; no if’s, and’s or but’s. If you read all the laws of our Constitution the politicians, the judiciary and the police  are all in breach of every clause in it.

I am appealing to you on behalf of the the people of this great nation to look at the facts contained in the Constitution and get a copy of Dick Yardleys book “Australian Political Treason, Treachery & Sabotage” 

The whole sorry mess is exposed in this book, and most of this research came directly from the so-called Government websites, as they were so sure of getting away with their TREASON and Treachery they did not cover their tracks very well.

Dick informed me that it is obvious the HCA has found out they have been exposed, and he evidenced that the HCA were deleting documents from their precedent court cases etc to try and cover up their treachery. That alone is HIGH TREASON.

On behalf of the People of Australia I am imploring you, the sworn defenders of the Nation, to do something about this TREASON, treachery and sabotage.
