Wangaratta magistrate Ian Watkins was arrested last Friday during a civil hearing he was presiding over in the Wangaratta magistrates court.

This is welcome news indeed, as the Magistrate has been arrested under our true Constitutional laws…for trying to uphold the corrupt political party fake laws. The fight for justice has begun!
Local Photographer Dezi Freeman initiated the arrest after directly challenging the authority of the magistrate due to breaches of State and Commonwealth law.
The public gallery was filled with supporters of Mr. Freeman who bore witness to the proceedings including certified Commonwealth Public Official Mr James Rech, who stood up in the court and reiterated Mr. Freeman’s statements.
“Magistrate Ian Watkins was told to stand down and I instructed the Policeman present in the court, Craig Robinson to execute the arrest who then failed to do so in an act of malfeasance of public office and negligence of duty” Mr. Rech said.
Mr. Freeman, a Photographer from Myrtleford has been fighting against an attempt to block the Community’s right of access to Mt Buffalo National Park along the Buffalo Creek road, Myrtleford.
Buffalo Creek recently attracted widespread national media attention due to continuous attacks on Mr. Freeman and his family which was reported by A Current Affair.
Self-represented in the case, Mr. Freeman has fought against local Lawyer Charles Morgan and VicBar Barrister Timothy Chalke (Castan Chambers 460 Lonsdale St. Melbourne.) for the past year in his bid to uphold the community’s access to Mt Buffalo.
“The lawyers are profiteering from working directly against the community’s interest. I would have thought their reputation would be more important to them than money” said Mr. Freeman.
“It’s ridiculous that I have been to court nine times now just for bushwalking. It’s an insult to our community and the tourism industry and a gross waste of taxpayers money to even debate our access along a road that has been used to access Mt Buffalo for over 100 years. There have been multiple procedural errors in this case and the course of justice has been perverted. Magistrates are not above the law and I will be holding them accountable for every last law broken and abuse of process that they commit unless they cease their relentless attacks upon me in this ridiculous, vexatious case”.
Commonwealth Public Official Mr. James Rech explained that the Supreme Court of Victoria has already set a landmark precedent in relation to such long-used roads and their status as public highways at common law.
“The Wangaratta magistrates court is attempting to contradict the Supreme court which it has no authority to do. It is clearly not a court of competent jurisdiction and has ignored overwhelming evidence presented by Mr. Freeman. The way this case has been handled and the treatment of Mr Freeman is disturbing to say the least.”
Mr. Rech says the case has been nullified by the arrest of the magistrate and the fact that he stood down as a result.
“Magistrate Watkins had no answer when directly challenged on Constitutional matters and grant of power”.
“He then attempted to railroad the process but was quickly shut down by Mr. Freeman who exercised his duty under the Constitution to make the arrest”.
Mr. Freeman has overwhelming community support in keeping the road open to the public, while Magistrate Watkins is expected to face charges of Misprision of Treason, as well as charges relating to fraud and perverting the course of justice as a result of his arrest.

Mike Holt- who is James Rech ? What is his role in the Fed Govt ? I can find mention of him anywhere.
Why am I suspicious ? Because Vic magistrates are appointed by the state government. The Fed Govt has no jurisdiction over them.

Why was his arrest, charge and, one presumes, suspension nor annoynced by the Minister who has the power to empl oit, suspend or sack him, i.e. the Victorian Attorney-General ?

As a lawyer, you are struggling to understand how a CPO and a civilian man can arrest a magistrate. This is because you are part of the corrupt political party government system, and not acting to protect the People of the Commonwealth of Australia. Have you ever read the Commonwealth Constitution Act 1901, your State Constitution, the Magna Carta, and Common Law? You can find them all, except your State constitution, on this site.
My own revelation came after I watched the video in this article. Grab a coffee and sit down. It takes an hour, but I guarantee that at the end of it you will be seriously questioning your training as a lawyer….if you keep your mind open.

At your local courthouse. What is stopping you from arresting anyone you see committing crimes against the Constitution? YOu have a duty to do so.
Dezi’s matters have continued in the Myrtleford court in Victoria. He had a win there recently, with lots of supporters in attendance. Add him on facebook if you use it, as he posts when he is to appear in court. Two people have done the same to a Magistrate in Wongthaggi, so its worth keeping an eye out in that area as well for other people taking a stand in the court rooms.

What is the outcome of the supposed arrest, if i read the article as it is on this site, no one can direct another to arrest a person, if a civilian arrests a person then he can get police assistance to process or help with effecting the arrest and so on, but from the article it does not appear that the civilian arrested the Magistrate, rather it appears that he directed a police officer to do so.
Actually, under common law any man or woman can arrest someone they see committing a crime. Then they can direct a policeman to take that person into custody.

Dezi verbally arrested the magistrate, and then directed the policeman to carry out the arrest, as the police are required to by law under the Crimes Act 1914.
I am well aware of that, but my point is this, irrespective of what people think they can do, how did he enforce his position, did the police officer take the magistrate into custody, if not why not and what action did Dezi take against the police officer who failed to assist, it is these outcomes that I want to know. Plenty of people have claimed all sorts of things but when inquired with any sort of depth, 99% of the time, people just got lucky, where can I see the actual outcome of the Magistrate arrested, ie his trial etc, thanks
No, the police did not act on Dezi’s instruction. But at that stage Dezi was just learning what to do and how to do it. He has progressed a long way since then. So, take this article for what it is.

This is so exciting. I still have yet to get my head around it all. But I have been listening to Brian Shaw on Council and government watch Australia…And well I pray it all comes off. We have had the wool pulled over our eyes…So much corruption has gone on, for way too long….One example I heard is the rainmaker act….so one state can ask the other state to make the rain, yes go figure, but what is more appalling why not use this during droughts? And then the act has mysteriously disappeared!!And so very much more. Australia is operating as a corporation, to my understanding, not under the queen. How has that happened? And how was the Crown removed without a referendum?? Where and why didn’t we have a referendum?? Why doesn’t our Governor Generals have any power now?…Something very fishy going on.
