A Commonwealth Public Official (CPO) is a peace officer. Their job is to keep the peace, and to do no harm to anyone.
The procedure to become a CPO is straightforward. Follow the instructions below.
As you can see, you need to know and understand the Magna Carta, the English Bill of Rights 1688 and other Common Laws that our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 is based on.
Although it’s easy enough to become a CPO we urge people to take this responsibility very seriously. As a CPO you will be required to uphold our laws, protect the people, and honour the Crown.
Before you do anything else, follow these steps:

Every Australian should read the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901. This copy has all the amendments included, shown with a capital ‘A’. For example, Section 51 (xxiiiA) was amended by the Australian people voting in a referendum in 1946.
Read the English Bill of Rights (It still applies today)
Download the English Bill of Rights here
Read the Magna Carta:
Download the Magna Carta 1215 here
Then download and fill out the CPO certificate and read the instructions on Page 3 (Do not print them out when you take the certificate to an authorised Notary Public. To my knowledge there are only two in Australia. One in Perth, and the other in Brisbane. Contact us to get their address. It costs $100 for the Notary to sign, seal, and hear your Oath.

You should also understand that as CPO you are bound to keep the peace…not enforce legislation.

No it’s not legal…but when we are dealing with a bunch of crooked, corrupt, treasonous dictators you can’t expect justice.

Does anything have to be lodged anywhere or anyone notified or this registered anywhere?
No. As common law men and women we don’t answer to anyone.
A Public Notary is in Lismore and Ballina Nth NSW … they are not as scarce as believed but one must find one by searching.
